We are a 20 year old family owned and operated automobile dealership group, which has grown almost 10 fold in the past 20 years. We operate stores in both Metro markets, and rural areas. Daily responsibilities:

Finance manager will interact with customers and sell need based dealership products and services, while ensuring compliance with Washington state law, and enhancing the customer’s buying, and ownership experience. Finance manager will be held accountable for meeting sales goals.

Make lending decisions with banks and credit unions. Finance manager will work with lenders to match lending criteria to customers’ needs and credit worthiness, while adhering to dealership profitability standards. Finance manager will also be responsible for ensuring the cash-flow to the dealership by monitoring the assignment of the retail installment contracts.

Finalize loan documents, as well as complete all state and federal paperwork. Handle all the paperwork required by the state and federal government, lending institutions, and dealership to effectively deliver a vehicle to a customer. The finance manager will work with the business office to ensure timeliness, legal compliance, accuracy, and completeness of deal folders.

Work with the management team to streamline processes, increase customer retention, enhance Customer Satisfaction, and increase bottom line profitability. Finance manager will work within the limitations of the job responsibilities, and the management team to ensure proper adherence to processes within the organization to maximize profitability, speed deal flow, and grow repeat and referral business. This is a high profile position which requires excellent ability to work within a team environment to handle customer concerns quickly and efficiently to produce High CSI.
