What does an Insurance Service Agent do?
•        As Insurance Agents we provide policy help to AAA members —including coverage counseling, policy reviews and answering insurance questions.
•        We provide best in class service through knowledge of insurance and a commitment to professional, personalized interactions with our members.
•        You will gain underwriting and billing authority and work to provide solutions for the needs of all of our members.
•        When you join our team you begin your AAA career with top notch training. Our extensive 16 week training academy combines classroom and production time assuring our agents are ready to handle all aspects of the policy.

•        Insurance Service Agents participate in an Annual Incentive Program as well as annual review and merit programs.
•        Within the first 6 months of employment you can increase your salary by $2000/annually by completing our training program and earning your P&C license.

•        Bachelor’s Degree
•        1-2 years of personal lines insurance experience or prior AAA experience
•        Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Certificate through the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
•        Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain one

•        High school diploma or equivalent and
•        1-2 years of previous customer service experience
